Bathrooms & Showers

PJH creates bathroom space for a wide range of specialised needs – most commonly featuring level access or graded floors.

The most popular format is the ‘wet room’, a single-level shower which avoids the difficulties caused by steps or raised areas. Wet rooms typically consist of a shower, screen and wash basin, are fully tiled and have a graded floor to allow hygienic and easy drainage. Many wet rooms include a toilet and most have hand or grab rails and integral shower seating.

PJH also builds and equips more conventional bathrooms with features to help the elderly or infirm, or to include specific features for the disabled. There is an unlimited choice of finishes for walls and floors - and customers can select equipment and fittings from general or specialised manufacturers or suppliers. Our experienced surveyors will advise on the best options for your specific needs.
